FEES

• Trial class fees must be paid in full at least 24 hours before the scheduled class.
• Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE once paid.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

• If a class is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., teacher illness), the Academy will attempt to reschedule. This may involve a different day, time, or a class on a public holiday.
• If you cannot attend the scheduled trial class, you may reschedule subject to class availability.
• No refunds will be provided if you are unable to attend.

TEACHER SUBSTITUTION

• The Academy may substitute teachers without prior notice if the scheduled instructor is unavailable.

INJURY & INSURANCE

• Students with existing injuries must inform the Academy upon registration and attend at their own risk.
• Parents, guardians, and adult students waive any legal claims against the Academy for injuries sustained on the premises or during Academy activities.
• The Academy does not provide medical insurance. All students must be covered under their own family insurance policies.

DRESS CODE

• Proper dance attire and footwear are mandatory for safety and effective learning.
• Hair must be secured:
• Female students: Bun with a hairnet and pins for ballet and jazz. Short hair should be secured with a headband.
• Male students: Hair should be kept off the face.
• No jewelry (e.g., earrings, watches) is allowed in class.
• All personal belongings should be labeled.

STUDIO RULES

• No food or drinks (except water) are allowed inside the studios.
• No outside shoes inside the dance studios.
• Classes will be conducted with doors closed.
• Students must arrive on time and be ready to dance. Attendance is taken at the start of each class.
• Parents/guardians of children under 5 years old are responsible for their child's toilet breaks. Children should use the toilet before class.
• Punctuality is essential—late arrivals disrupt class flow.

LOBBY RULES

• Classes are strictly DROP OFF ONLY. Parents are not allowed to wait inside the premises while classes are ongoing unless approved to do so by the staff on duty.
• Students under 12 years old cannot leave the premises without an adult unless written permission is provided.
• The lobby should remain quiet and clean.
• Classes should not be interrupted while in session.
• The Academy is not responsible for lost or damaged items or unsupervised children.

DATA PROTECTION

• The Academy collects and stores customer information for operational purposes.
• Your data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or with your consent.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

• Parents/guardians and adult students release All That Jazz Dance Academy from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages incurred on the premises or during Academy activities.
• Instructors may provide appropriate physical contact as part of dance instruction.

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES

• If a medical emergency occurs and a parent/guardian is unreachable, the Academy is authorized to seek medical treatment.
• Parents/guardians must inform the Academy in writing of any physical or mental health conditions.

PHOTO/VIDEO CONSENT

• The Academy reserves the right to use photos and videos taken during classes and performances for promotional purposes.
• All rights, including copyright, to such media belong exclusively to All That Jazz Dance Academy Pte Ltd.

CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The Academy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

AGREEMENT

• By enrolling in a trial class, parents/guardians and students agree to these Terms & Conditions.
