Street Dance

Our Street Dance program immerses students in current & foundational hip hop dance styles, fostering creativity and self-expression. Following the RSL (Rock School London), our experienced instructors guide dancers through various street dance forms, ensuring focus on technique and progression.

Classes Offered:

  • Family Fun Hip Hop (Ages 2-3): A parent-participation class that introduces toddlers to movement, music, and basic hip hop grooves through play, supporting coordination, confidence, and bonding.


  • Twinkle Tots Street Dance (Ages 3-4): An introduction to street dance foundations through basic grooves, rhythm, and musical awareness. Classes begin to include simple call-and-response and light cypher-style moments to encourage confidence and self-expression.


  • Twinkle Stars Street Dance (Ages 4-5): Develops stronger coordination, musicality, and control through structured exercises and short combinations. Cypher is introduced in a guided and supportive way to nurture individuality and confidence.


  • Mini Boogie Street Dance (Ages 5-6): Strengthens hip hop foundations while developing memory, timing, and performance awareness. Cypher becomes a regular part of class, encouraging dancers to explore movement choices and personal style.


  • Pre Juniors Hustlers Street Dance (6-7):   A transitional level that prepares dancers for the RSL syllabus pathway. This class introduces clearer technical expectations, structured vocabulary, and discipline while continuing to develop confidence through cypher and freestyle exploration.


RSL Syllabus Pathway


  • Level 1 (Ages 7-8): Aligned with RSL Grade 1.
    Focuses on foundational hip hop technique, grooves, coordination, and musical awareness. Cypher is structured and guided, helping dancers gain confidence in expressing movement choices.


  • Level 2 (Ages 9-10): Aligned with RSL Grade 2.
    Builds consistency, control, and vocabulary while expanding combinations and performance quality. Cypher encourages clearer intention and musical response.


  • Level 3 (Ages 11-12): Aligned with RSL Grade 3. 
    Introduces more complex choreography, stronger dynamics, and stylistic clarity. Cypher work supports individuality, confidence, and deeper musical interpretation.


  • Level 4 (Ages 13-14): Aligned with RSL Grade 4. 
    This level marks the formal introduction of freestyle aligning with RSL freestyle component. Dancers refine technique, versatility, and performance presence while developing structured improvisation skills.


  • Level 5 (Ages 15-19): Aligned with RSL Grade 5. 
    An advanced, more intensive class covering deeper technical work, conditioning, musical complexity, freestyle development, and performance excellence. Designed for dancers preparing for higher-level training, exams, or competitive pathways.
